Obituary for Leon Dulac

Gentle, generous, kind, witty, deeply missed, Lee Dulac passed away Sunday, January 21. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Lee graduated from Boston University, and migrated to Walnut Creek with his first wife, Jean, who died in 2001. He retired in 1992 after many years at Chevron.

Lee belonged to Knights of Columbus, SIRS, Chevron Retirees, taught woodworking at Mt. Diablo Adult School, and was an active member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Concord where he met and married Mary Ann McGrath and where they ministered, lectored, and worshiped together for 15 years before his death.

Lee is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Dulac, sons David (Kathy), Jeffrey, John and Jay Dulac, and John (Kathy) and Michael McGrath, 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Roger and Paul Dulac, and sisters, Mary Dupuis and Ruth Boland.

Memorial services are on Saturday, February 17, Rosary at 10:00am and Memorial Mass at 10:30am, at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 860 Oak Grove Rd., Concord.
